TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

• Influence People reserves the right to use the company name or logo of any attendee in the promotion of that event.
• This event is organised by Influence People Limited.
• Influence People accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions as expressed by the speakers, chairman or any other persons at the event. 
• Influence People checks the venues for accessibility. Please let us know if you have access or other requirements.
• Influence People reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates if it chooses. 
• Influence People reserves the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice.
• Influence People also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event.

Bookings

• Payment is required with via the online registration form. No places can be reserved without payment.
• Once booked, tickets are non-transferrable.
• Details of the event location, venue and time are provided on the event website.
• Refund Policy: Up to 1 month prior to the event AND within 2 weeks of booking - full refund. Up to 1 month prior to the event AFTER 2 weeks of booking - you are entitled to a full refund minus payment processing costs of 5%. Your ticket is non-refundable less than 1 month prior to the event.
• For free events, we reserve the right to invoice you for the cost of your place if you fail to cancel and do not show up on the day.

Payments

• We accept online payments via Paypal (and Google Checkout in the UK) and any major credit/debit card and telephone payments via credit/debit card only. In exceptional circumstances we can issue invoices to be paid via cheque or bank transfer.
• Payments must be made in the currency of the country in which the event is held. 
• If payment is not received and cleared prior to the event, you will need to pay in cash on the day to gain entry to the event.
• Influence People is not liable for bank charges or any other costs incurred by delegates in attending the event.
• VAT receipts can be provided on request.

Discounts

• From time to time we offer discounts and early-bird reductions on ticket prices. Once these have expired we are not obliged to offer them to those who missed the deadline.

Cancellation

• If we are forced to cancel the event, we will first seek to reschedule it. We will offer anyone who cannot make the rescheduled date a full refund.
